What loan terms do you offer?
Evergreen Lending offers an initial 6-month loan term, with the option to extend for up to 12 months maximum. Our team works with you to ensure the structure aligns with your investment timeline.
Do you require perfect credit?
No. While we do review your financial background, our focus is primarily on the property’s value and potential. We understand that real estate investors need flexible financing solutions.
How do I make payments?
Payments are typically made monthly and are interest-only. The principal is paid off in a balloon payment when the borrower exits the loan. Specific payment structures will be outlined in your loan agreement.
Can I use a loan for renovations?
Yes. Many of our clients use Evergreen Lending funds for property rehab, renovations, and improvements designed to increase property value.
What happens when my project is complete?
Most investors either refinance with long-term financing or sell the property for a profit. Once the loan is repaid, you’re ready for your next investment.
